Under Bush, the debt doubled in 8 years but that will not happen under Obama.

I hate to admit it, but you may be correct.....Obama can probably do it in 6 years.

LOL!!

Obama spent more in 4 years than Bush did in 8....which is really a misnomer because its the idiots in Congress who have the power of the purse. Whatever happened in the past...is past. The country is on an unsustainable debt spiral....and it needs to stop now.

J.

(CBS News) The National Debt has now increased more during President Obama's three years and two months in office than it did during 8 years of the George W. Bush presidency.
The Debt rose $4.899 trillion during the two terms of the Bush presidency. It has now gone up $4.939 trillion since President Obama took office.

(Obviously a dated news report)

Kenneth, you were absolutely wrong in your earth will be uninhabitable post earlier, and you were posting that the debt at $ 5 trillion was a serious problem, but now do not at $16 trillion. You are not believable...

Obviously, Obama is going to blow away all debt records and hopefully it will stand forever. It is a record we never want to see repeated.
