Did obama control both the house and senate from 2008-2010 or not? Not. It was only for a few weeks between Al Franken being seated and Ted Kennedy dying. Or did you forget that? Why would anyone fillabuster unless he picks a socialist gun hater. Dunno. You need to ask your buddies in the Senate... I suspect it is because the gun industry wants to hamstring the ATF. But I don't know that for sure. BTW, are you saying that Smirk nominated socialist gun haters to the ATF? Or was he lazy and didn't nominate anyone? Maybe he forgot to?
