Andy,

Nothing you have said would surprise me, however I don't have the
facts. I for one think that his posting was childlike, however I
believe the more we discuss this, the more attention he will crave,
and that will not serve anyone's needs but Larry's. So regardless of
what he has said, or says in the future, I for one plan on ignoring
his comments from this point on.

I agree, the stock is holding up very nice today. I look forward to
your friends joining us above $7.25. Also, excellent recap of the
conversation with Barry.
