Laurel emailed me and told me that the important thing is that they are producing. I guess that we are all impatient but look were the company was 10 months ago. She said financing would probably be announced by spring. Also said the company was very good at making deals, less so at news releases and PR. Production although slight will give cash flow and revenue. The upside is coming! Maybe today was the start.

Jeff, My expectation of pending financing was based on the company's agreement with STP. I'm shooting from the hip here without checking my facts first because I don't spend much time on ERHC any more, but as I recall the agreement specified a time range in which they were to secure financing. I believe the outer edge of that range was 9 months from the signing date, which I believe put it some time around Dec. 27th. I don't know if there would be any consequences if they don't meet this deadline, but I had assumed they would meet it. Now it looks like they won't. Perhaps things will look better in the spring. regards, Mike
