It can be both! This corruption, I would think, is hated by all, at least all who pay attention. Some people don't have a clue what QE is, derivatives, MBS's and they don't care.

Its starting to sound like Venezuela, ... I think they have the ultimate program, ... "take from the rich" give to the poor and run the country through ONE OFFICE!
