No, they're known for left-wing nutjobbery.

Stratfor is not in the business of this type of analysis, although there are certainly articles present there that indicate Reagan, and specifically SDI, were substantially responsible for bringing about the end of the CW.

We had this same argument five years ago, and you are just as FOS now as you were then.
