It isn't qualified by stating where the line is. What would be the amount to qualify as not too many. How would you determine that. Disarm all civilians? Disarm all but the Military? Disarm only criminals and undesirables? I would be fine with the last category (criminals) but we already have that rule in place, and we've been unable to enforce it. We should be looking at our approach to dealing with criminal possession prior to anything new. It has been shown that new more restrictive regs impacts mostly the non-criminal population.
