It's probably legal but stupid. She doesn't realize it would amount to subsidizing gun makers. Liberals never think of the consequences of their ideas. If Democrats were trying to stimulate gun sales they couldn't be doing a better job.

If the government were to offer $20,000 for an AR, that would certainly make you consider it. I would definitely sell one for $30k. Purchase the big magazines for $1k each and we have a retirement plan for gun owners.
