I find this weird - they announce late on a Friday that they're going to split the company, but they don't have know exactly how they're doing it (other than an exploreco and a royaltyco) since they don't have terms. Once they actually get 'tax and legal advice regarding the structure' they'll provide 'specific transaction details', seems to me to be jumping the gun on an announcement, a little ad hoc flavour (?). But so far, pre-market is up a bit so that's good.
