I thought we had a sweet plan, a very low risk route to a $2 PLUS stock in 4 years time, which isn't bad considering it was $.30 when I made that comment. I felt it was arguably one of the best risk/rewards on the Venture, with emphasis on LOW risk and excellent reward potential. So why change the plan? By rewarding the shareholders now with the Bullion Royalty (BR) it seems to me we REDUCE RISK because the portfolio of royalties won't be affected by any potential BC potential problems. By becoming a royalty company they are going to be able to raise a lot more $ per share than they could ever do w/ GPD. Why would BR raise money? Seems like a no brainer, you're not much of royalty company if you don't have substantial cash in the bank to buy royalty interests and / or you don't have nice inflows from royalties. Obviously we're a good year and a half away from the latter. Do a raise at .75 or whatever, hell raise it higher. :) Some of this is used to pay off Red Kite their $10m advance plus interest. Use some more of the proceeds and fund a substantial amount of the GP Canada requirements to get it into production (do a raise for the rest). Hmm how to pay back BR for its generosity? Well, GP Canada could maybe sell a substantial royalty to BR and BR suddenly gets another big one that starts producing by 2014. Am I reading this right you guys feel the shares of GPD go down tomorrow, you get another chance to buy shares on the cheap? I must be reading that incorrectly, I doubt it! I have no idea what she opens for on Monday but it's going to be fun thinking about it this weekend! "On closing of the transaction, shareholders of Gold Bullion Royalty Corp. as of the record date will hold the same percentage interest in Golden Predator Canada Corp. as they held in Gold Bullion Royalty Corp. Golden PredatorCanada Corp. intends to apply to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange or the Toronto Stock Exchange following completion of the transaction."
