Lots of companies make that sort of announcement (buyback) just because it is good PR. Then they might purchase only a fraction of what they say.

Having said that, I do think that it is undervalued and made my first (albeit small) purchase of the stock last week.

Steven, speaking for myself only; I wasn't scared of the rollback. My motivation for selling was greed, not fear. I just never saw a rollback yet that didn't knock the stock down, at least temporarily. If anybody has heard of one, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

This may or may not be the low. I have serious orders in below this level, just in case, and will be watching for any signs of a trend.
