Jason, My broker and I did our own investigation into this news release and the person who wrote it. We agree completly with your conclusions. This was a set up to short the stock. Illegal, you bet. This company had its problems but that is old news. Their products will make a great impact on retail credit approval systems. Eg. taxi drivers will be able to accept credit cards because USWDA's transenders are portable. The article was a sham. I hope the shorts were squeezed real tight.
