SwampDogg,

I wouldn't go overweight as much as I did without asking a whole lot of questions, along the lines of if things go badly, no horribly wrong are we screwed (will we lose the royalty portfolio?!). I've felt that the value of that portfolio is a very significant margin of safety; and even if BC went B-U-S-T, confirmed that they had the right to liquidate pieces to satisfy the debt obligations. It's not like they couldn't get at it (the KEY) and they lose the whole thing lock stock and barrel to Red Kite cause Bill signed something he shouldn't have.

As far as I understand it they have the ability to get out and they'll just have to pay the loan draw plus interest and no doubt a healthy penalty. So I'm not worried. You guys can laugh at the Yukon but the Yukon's totally un-loved right now and a lot of the people talking about how significant this Court ruling is, happen to be plaintiff's attorneys and representatives. That's my opinion.

I HOPE to see the Bullion Royalty owning a bunch of sweet Yukon royalties emanating from their many exploration properties in the coming years. Their chief geo knows the territory. Just remember Bill sold Energy Metals for $1.8 Billion but he's a GOLD guy - and his area was Nevada.
