I could see taking great solace from that sign, and I like it very much.

Our little grand-daughter entered the world today at 11:43 am.

She is pink and healthy and vibrant and looked at her Mommy with love, and pulled on her Daddy's chin right off. He was so surprise that this little mini-me (as she looks so much like him) was real and alive and needs him so much.

He said he's in love and she "pulled on his heart strings."

Mommy was only in labor for 4 hours and amazingly declared that she "could do this again" as our little girl (the first in our family in 60 yrs) was entering the world. The doctor was flabbergasted and said that over the course of many years and several births, that was the very first time she'd ever heard a mother say that.

Just hours later, a young man our son had grown up with visited us, bringing along his wife and new born son. Six weeks ago, she was in labor for 72 hours and the doctors finally had to deliver their precious little boy by surgery.

We.......the new mother and I...........talked about what would have happened if she'd lived 100 yrs ago? Their fate would have been much different, and they might have both perished, and we both commented on how lucky we are to be living now.

Knowing where you live and the level of health care available, you will surely be taken care of by the best of the best, and come away from your ordeal better and whole.

We are truly blessed to be here at this moment.

M
