The 5 icons changed too, and have gone back, so that's worth watching. Textbooks representing SubjectMarks didn't represent the lightness and speed of SI.

If you or others don't like the new fun people in the banner Fun people? Really? Do you like them? Come to think of it, don't answer that. I already know. Ugh. May I offer my thirty plus years in the imaging business opinion of it? Nah, why bother. As dad used to say, the more you poke excrement with a stick, the more it stinks. Bottom line: it cannot hold a stinky stick to the classic original, which needed absolutely no "fixing." (who do display with very poor resolution) Resolution? Oh yeah, didn't notice the resolution. Had to avert my eyes every time that horror upper left caught my eyes. Now that I look at it more closely, there is nothing wrong with the resolution, except that it's resolving an atrociously repulsive, amateurish graphic. If any of my first year imaging students came up with this type of "improvement," they'd get an F. why not just go to 'Settings' and set 'Display Fun People and Icons in Header' to No. Because I like to keep up with the history of this decades old, rented, virtual home of mine. And I like see what the new landlord does with the supplied furniture and stuff. Thus far, I have a feeling he's moving us all to the slum part of the web. Pleasant dreams to you as well!

Oh, and lest you rightfully ask, "Well, can you do better, instead of just being a pest and complaining about it?" I tried. Really hard. For a minute or less, like the new owner did. Here: If it becomes the new +new+ logo here, I demand a cut, up front, not later!

OK, I'm sorry to be critical, or not, but that new bunch of people at the top are truly awful. That woman in the magenta dress looks to be trying to give the party girl in the red dress a brochure from the Jehovah's Witnesses or some temperance missive and the guy with the light blue shirt is about to fall over. The one on the far right is having some gastrointestinal problems it would appear. And do we really want to block the "V" in investor? One might add an "F" or "G" or some such in it's place.
