It is shocking to me that you are still selling the same raftload of stuff. If you don't know that the surpluses were solely due to a quirk of the tax code then you have what is commonly referred to as a convenient memory. You are programmed to pull the democrat lever and cannot learn that which undermines your lefty bias. If you have the intellectual curiosity to review what you should already know, I have posted on this subject numerous times. How many times to you?
