I agree. I assume there are two basic frames for a business plan: ads and fees. They can find a variety of ways to get more users and change the demographics, somewhat, but the money will come from ads and fees. A very small monthly fee, say $10, might not lose much of the present membership but much more would. And that would lower the level of ad interest. Cross purposes.
