After Wall Street promoted AOL so heavily to institutions, it couldn't allow AOL's stock price to wither. So we have reiterated buy after reiterated buy, all the while raising target prices. A few weeks ago when AOL had the sharp breakdown, I noted that analysts were still pumping the stock. I knew then that institutions, who I suspect had been heavy sellers in the drop, had more stock to sell. Wall Street needed to bail them out, so here we are at 80 again. I predict that the stock is being set up for another dramatic drop, perhaps when the next e-mail problem occurs.

Let's see what happens when this $80 stock fails to make $0.17 this quarter.
