Early innings of a new uptrend of the national RE cycle. About the only thing that could hold it back would be a big jump in interest rates within a short time frame IMHO

One market that has really surprised me.........Phoenix. Their recovery has gone much faster than I expected.

BTW check out November unemployment rates for metros throughout the country. I was surprised how many were below 5%:
