Thanks m jensen. It appears PG WAS fair to its shareholders as they already owned those Premier Royalty shares and added more by repaying part of those convertibles to presumably take them up to 40% ownership today. I 'assume' we'll get a crack at buying into some kind of rights offering when the time comes to raise $ for the Bullion Royalty, that'd be fair to the shareholders.
