I'm having a hard time keeping up with how many bullets DHS is ordering .. there is so much 'circular reporting' it is hard to follow. Seems they have enough for every man, woman and child in the country to be shot at least 8 or 10 times each though. Either DHS has a bunch of folks who can't shoot, or they are intentionally buying up the country's ammo supply, for some devious reason I am sure.
