Might want to pull out your pocket Constitution and show me in the Powers Section, which Article covers Israel's Powers over the POTUS. Might also want to explain how the Rahm excuse you dreamed up, again how the POTUS has to do what his Chief of Staff says. The buck lies with the POTUS, period.
