Trader, I would think that the latter is not the case. I think that actually its a little of both. One thing to remember is MM's work for brokerage firms. If their firm is short, do you think they are going to make it easy on you to get your certs? Naw, I doubt it. The sad thing is it is almost like a good ole' boys network, and this guy trades with that guy and so on and so on. One thing for sure is that if we would capture the float in cert form, the backstabbing between these dudes would be awesome! Oh well a dream for another day. Rob
