To Pete and All,

I just returned from the Dain Bosworth Conference, at which Johnny Thomas made an excellent presentation. First, let me clear up what appears to be a bit confusing in Pete's reply. I am glen with a lower case "g", and the Glen referred to by Pete is unrelated to me, and I am not associated with Dain Bosworth or ABTX professionally...only as a shareholder in ABTX.

Pete, I was sitting right next to Johnny Thomas on his left at that round table. I was speaking with Tom Rice, the new VP and Director of Research, after the breakout session ended. FYI, when the guy you thought was me walked in and sat off to the side, I thought it might be you, until Johnny Thomas greeted him. Where were you sitting, and did you ask him any questions? BTW, Dain has covered ABTX for a while and has representation on their Board.

Dr Johnny Thomas is a most impressive CEO. He is extremely focussed on his business plan, and intends for ABTX to be the leader and driving force in the forage and turf seed business. I came away having no doubts in my mind that Dr. Johnny Thomas will indeed be succesful in fulfilling his goals. He is very sharp, extremely knowledgable and very approachable from an investor point of view. I am even more favorably inclined to the long-term upside potential after having met with management today, and intend to be adding to my ABTX holdings.

I will have more to say later.

regards,
glen
