The R's have been pulling the same trick forever. They get in office and give all the money to their rich friends and then when the dems get in and want to give some to the poor and middle class the pubs yell poor. We need to balance the budget. That has always been their strategy forever. Remember they called him cap the knief when he was at Health and Human Services, but as Defense Secretary he couldn't spend enough.
