There you go again. No, it isn't common sense that would be the reason. It is more like one contrived to fit the stance you took.

I am just pointing out behaviors that are common to two cohorts, teenagers/early 20s and those on the spectrum. Of which Adam was a member of both. If it was because of the stove itself, it is more likely she was afraid he would get serious burns because of his pain issues than he would burn the house down.

Besides, being inattentive is not the same thing as being violent. So you just undercut your own argument.
