Where was Al Gore on the future of the Democrat party - that's right - same treatment.

R's are doing just fine, picked up Governors seats, house and senate.

Romney was never an insider within the party - that was part of the attraction to many voters.

The question for democrats is what hope do they have after the messiah steps down.

The Republicans aren't ready to address the real issues. So Romney is the scapegoat that allows them to avoid doing that for the moment;.

So they blame him for running a bad campaign instead of admitting that their stance on a lot of issues is unpopular.
