Thank you kidl, it's hard not to be embarrassed by the mean-spirited behavior of some of the SI members. I have personal reasons for passing control of SI. I did my best to find someone to take good care of it, and I truly believe I have. Dmitry is one of the best programmers around, and he is very responsive to users' requests. I would suggest that if people want to see SI continue to exist, they try to be a bit more kind and encouraging to those who have the power to maintain and improve it.
