That's my best guess on Wheeler, the cold/wet cycle starts between now and 2018. The warm/dry one started around 1996 and they last 17-25 years, plus they fit very well into and are climate change. I like his work because it is so very high level and macro, and I can fit other things like La Niña or other cycles like the various war ones into it. I never have been a big cycles guy, but they at least do provide a framework and possible advance warning.
