I'm talking about since beginning of 2012 and giving a reason as to why people may not have been interested in the name for 2013. Shares were around $8 at the beginning of 2012 and were around $18 at the end of the year. That's probably one reason why many people didn't pick the name. Sure, nice move to above $22 post offering but I'll continue to pass. I'm not one to chase names and would much prefer to pick (or buy) beaten down names where I see a reasonable chance to rebound. (Not to say ALNY can't go higher of course.)
