I only scaned the Zacks Web Site for a few moments. Their rating system seems to be based on sentiment of Investment Analysts. ie when analysts are increasing or decreasing ratings then investor sentiment and stock performance is likely to follow.

I do not think their rating system is based on a fundamental analysis of the company. Time permiting I will be back at their site to learn more.

Not Yet, But again, that wouldn't be there type of company to list as such. they would chose someone like an out of favor stock who has just had an upward earnings revision. They would surprise me to make the leading Antisense technology company on the list.
