Pascal, the real question is whether or not this revenue growth will lead to earnings growth...and margins can be maintained at last quarter's levels.

10-15% rev. growth would give us $424.6-443.9 million. Keeping net margins and shares outstanding the same, that would give us earnings of $1.09-1.15. That kills estimates.

So what I want to know is how bad things are! Could margin presure in SE Asia cause us only to earn 2/3 of that? I seriously doubt it, but you never know. I still think it is a good buy. It certainly was 2 days ago at $24!

Creaf Investor Relation..

I also heard that some big institutional investor was selling loads. Didn't know who exactly.

Ya know, being that ML must've sold all their CREAF as it went up, they wanted to get back in and thus this press release.

Pascal,

If the support line is around $19/share and the bearish Merrill Lynch Report suggests a potential high next year of $30/share- well that's a 10-1 risk/reward ratio in terms of exposure versus reward at a price of $20/share.

I took the chance and bought a bunch more CREAF today @ $20/share.... Let's see if that was a smart move or a trap....

Sincerelty,

Doug F.
