In order to change out any of the icons in the page header they Admin has to log into the website's control panel and then into an edit mode in order to change the asp code and to upload the image to the server. This can cause weird things from the user experience if you do it on a live board then if you took the board off-line to work on it. The programmer that worked with me on my site could do some things that I could not so when a software up date was made available we would post a statement much like the buy out announcement we now see here, that the web site would not be available from 12 PM until 6 AM. I did not write the html at the end of the link that previously was a good link that made the link bad but it appeared in the final post once it timed out.
