Barack Obama's lofty ideals

The voting rolls are stuffed with naifs and golems susceptible to aspirational rhetoric, unaware these parasites are repeating past tragedies with results certainly inimical to their stated goals. It's a bitter irony for a nation with our origins, but was maybe locked in a century past.

Many, if not most, who support this horseshit are not stupid. Rather, the institutions they rely on have failed to give them the tools to understand how a prosperous and civil society evolves.

And so the world conspires to piss me right on off!

One of the reasons for President Bush 43's 2006 defeat in Congress was that he ran on and reiterated a commitment to the Defense of Marriage Act but never lifted a finger to honor the commitment. The Religious Right got disgusted and refused to support him further. They voted with their feet in 2006, or should I say voted with their buts.

In 2006 democrats were energized by six years of unpatriotic hate spew from democrats and their media handlers. They were still complaining that President Bush 43 had thwarted Al Gore's attempt to steal the 2000 election.

If Obama pays lip service to these issues by 2014 there is a chance that the Kook Left will vote with their buts. It could help turn over control of the Senate to the responsible party and sideline the spoiled brat, Harry Reid.

There are six Democrat Senators running for reelection in states the Mitt Romney won in 2012. West Virginia could be the seventh seat necessary to gain control.

If Reid passes the nuclear option prior to that his minority status would have no power to stop Republicans from their agenda. (Assuming they have a coherent agenda.)
