Obviously there's allot about shorting that I do not know. There's 15,000.000 shares out there in many different stock exchanges.

If I want top sell mine the stock exchange has to acquire them , sell them and credit my account. If they do not have them them those who borrowed will have to obtain and provide the exchange same.

If the short position bounces around, and if there are short positions if and when the stock starts trading , who cares and why ?? The shorts of course but why do the stockholders??

Keep the answer simple cause I'm not that smart.
