25 years? Yeah, sure. Since you are/were so optimistic, did you load up on RE there in 2001-2002? Excuse me but are you trying to start an argument? All I have said is that their have been naysayers about housing prices in the Bay area for decades and the Bay area continues to prove them wrong. I have never owned property in SF and only lived there once for year as a part of my job. And I am one of the few people who wasn't in love with the city and would never buy property there.
