And its been well documented that black kids in Chicago are killing each other

They're just over achievers when it comes to gun crime - if we eliminate their high numbers from the USA gun crime statistics would be so much better.

As much as you keep trying to erase them, those back kids are citizens of the US of A and must continue to be factored into the crime stats for this country.
