Ron -- thank you for the very good post, and the excellent reporting work.

I am still waiting for DSWLF's New York flaks to explain the downgrade. They promised to look into it and get back to me two days ago. Meanwhile, you get the president of the company on the phone. Nice work.

Deswell should fire their IR people and post Lau's telephone number on the web instead.
