really ? how high ?? the new tax rate on them pay for a whole 8 days of gov spending. and that's if no one moves their monies to tax free munis or moves out of the country. I bet they bring in less revenues from the rich. Maryland put an extra tax on income over a million. they were getting about 2.5 billion from those 'rich' they figured the new tax would give them 5 billion they ended up getting 1.5. people aren't bricks
