And I thought I was an optimist re your spx 1475 as the depth of the soon to be pullback..

OK if we don't hold 1486 then expect the round turn to 1458. It could do it's best to pull some in but due to numbers too high and many understanding the actual misses taking place re earnings and not so rosy outlooks going forward, then one can expect back to 1404 and then the spx 1350 retest. If it holds YIPPEE. If it doesn't then say HELLO to my good friend spx 1305. NO biggee and just a nice correction for the continuation to spx 1600 etc.

HOW long for the scenario to play out and as Bruce Lee reportedly said. BE ONE WITH THE WATER..

Thanks... that's not much of a pull back... I have some difficulty believing this market could go much higher without something more significant than just a brief pull back, but of course I'm probably very wrong... either way, i think this market is closer to a significant top than any bottom and I think the risk in remaining long at this point, although may still be rewarding, I think it's extremely risky and less than wise... but, that's just me...

What would make me personally more bullish is a meaningful correction of some sort in which the complacency isn't so laid back... the VIX is now at a 69 month low, I think that's dangerously low... the author of the linked article makes all the sense in the world...

If I stay long in this market and made money, I would attribute it more to luck than to being savvy, at this point anyhow... my model is extremely overbought and I have no more overhead VPs, that has never been a bullish sign... if this market continues higher from here, then it would definitely be an extreme rarity, so we'll wait and see...

Right now I'm lightly short, but if I get stopped out of my short position I will remain flat... I think this market is too dangerous right now...
