Wow I didn't know all of that. I just remember the initial sale back in the dot com area and I figure the original creators did quite well. That's when people started fleeing. There were subscriptions costs, but it was guys like you and I providing the content for free. That made no sense at all. I got a few bans myself for 30 days. There were some rather infamous characters on S.I. that made it great. People that have gone down in history during the dot com era. I got a call at work one day from the Chicago Tribune that wanted to interview ME for a story on daytrading. I respectfully declined. That was back in 1998 or 1999. I'm sure you had similar experiences. This site at one time was very valuable and HUGE!

I came here to find more info about two penny stocks that I was playing off and on. I've been back and forth over the years.

The Dyer brothers did pretty well, at least on paper. I don't know if they were able to cash in before Go2Net's stock price collapsed.
