DVN - the stock is creeping up.

1) I think McClendon's (CHK) resignation is good for the industry. Hopefully CHK will get more rational about capital outlays.
2) DVN has midstream assets that could be worth 4-5B$ and are not reflected at all in DVN's valuation. Look at what happened to HES stock after they promised to unlock their distribution assets. DVN is cheap based on the proved reserves alone, assigning no value to midstream or the land or unproved reserves.
