The bare minimum non-fraud fine is $50,000 per violation. There were 6 complaints against the company itself.

I have to read the case in more detail, but it looks like....

3 complaints dropped entirely.
3 got the bare minimum non-fraud fine of $50,000.

$50,000 X 3 = $150,000

This screams of accounting error and nothing more louder than what any of us have screamed.
