I know exactly where that store is. It's a new store to replace an old store I used to call the "unsafeway". I used to live a few blocks from there in SW because it was close to the Navy Yard but also close to some really bad projects too. I never had a problem and guess I'm lucky. I did have one guy approach me one day and ask me if I was interested in buying some Coke. I told him I don't drink Soda and kept walking.
