There wouldn't be a 1 Million buy it would have to be broken up into 50,000, 100,000, 25000, lot's ect.... I must admit I do not have my level 2 at present so I am unable to truly figure out the trading. But someone would have had to buy for the price to climb as it did with all that volume going on. Just my 2 cents worth.
