Of course Apple is going to raise their dividend and buy back more stock. Apple has only committed to their first dividend last year. Nobody is going to let them accumulate $250 billion in cash over the next 3 years without returning more cash to shareholders. At present, Apple only plans to return about $45 billion in cash over that period. I've never seen a company not raise a dividend, once they get going.
