Thanks. However I know what a straddle is. I was trying to be funny, but it appears I didn't communicate it correctly. What I was trying to say was that if both are BUYING at the same time it's tilted. Or if Both were SELLING at the same time it's tilted. Complicit comes to mind. I've often said this game is not honest and watching the action some times re certain stocks I often ponder where are the sellers, where are the buyers? Regardless, thanks for the time you spent to put up that info. I'll try to do a better job the next time communicating or just staying quiet. SMILE By the way a friend of mine recently had a straddle on nflx, apple and Google. If I remember the google cost him a little. However he did so well on the other two he's a happy camper. He tends to put the trade on with a week or two left to expiration and usually high fliers.. What I have learned and believe re strategies is that they tend to be hard and fast. Ex when an option drops x sell it. I am one to ignore that detail. If I have conviction with a target I generally will hold for the target and if the stock dips, stalls putting a hit on premium I will either buy further out for the same target, size in on the one I have to own more, or just sit pat. It works for me but for others it they many not have to personality or stomach for the swing. The key to it is a realistic TARGET. It it is unrealistic then oh oh. Fintas
