How is that even relevant? Because you posted leaving us with a crisis no country has ever faced. If other countries have these things, and no country has faced a crisis like you are talking about, what makes us unique? The US is not particularly generous, you know. A country is not a company. You have to assume a company can go out of business at any moment. A country doesn't have to do that because if they do the equivalent of going out of business, there is no one to meet the obligations anyway. This isn't rocket science.
