no not nimby.. I'm saying the tracks are there ... being used and no one really thinks about it... the way they think about a new pipeline.. What ever is most efficient/safe but we need something... not thinking about the rail transport doesn't make it safer :O) I'd like to see a pipeline east.. We'd pay Alberta price.. which of course would rise.. but that's fine with me.. a lot more of the dough I pay is staying home.. we could ship it out from the east coast.. and BCers would be happy ... pay more but happy :O).
