No Good Deed Goes Unpunished In Liberal America
Posted on January 25, 2013by stevengoddard
D.C. police are investigating whether a man will face criminal charges for shooting a pit bull that was attacking a child in his neighborhood.

The incident unfolded Sunday afternoon, after three pit bulls attacked an 11-year-old boy as he rode his bicycle through the Brightwood neighborhood of Northwest, according to a police report.

When the man, a neighbor, saw the boy being mauled by the dogs, he went inside his home and got a gun. The man killed one of the dogs.

Obama says that saving just one child makes it OK to destroy the Bill of Rights.

Liberals would have preferred the pitbulls tear the boy apart. Talk about inhuman. Why do people who desparately proclaim themselves as The Compassionate Elite push policies that victimize innocent people?????

....
"He grabbed my book bag and I grabbed it back and we started tussling, I bit him on his left hand. When he struck me in my head we started fighting," she said.

Kamate says no one tried to intervene. "It's sad you have all those men on the bus, and no one helped me," she said.

The suspect took Kamate's purse and ran off the bus at the Lodge and Dexter stop.

....
Kamate says it was unclear if the man was hit by any bullets.

"It was 11 shots, I hope I did, one of them had to get them," she said. "At first, I felt remorse because I have grandchildren. If my grandchildren are out here doing what these punks are doing, they need to get the same thing."

Kamate's purse was eventually found, and her wallet filled with cash was gone.

Sheriff David Clarke: Residents should arm themselves, 911 not best option

Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. speaks to the city's public safety committee this month.

In his latest radio spot, Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. tells residents personal safety isn't a spectator sport anymore, and "I need you in the game."

"With officers laid off and furloughed, simply calling 911 and waiting is no longer your best option," Clarke intones.

"You could beg for mercy from a violent criminal, hide under the bed, or you can fight back."

Clarke urges listeners to take a firearm safety course and handle a firearm "so you can defend yourself until we get there."

"You have a duty to protect yourself and your family. We're partners now. Can I count on you?"

Wheelchair-bound vet, w/ gun, scares off burglar

Whenever a citizen uses a weapon to avoid being a crime victim, a Republican wins and a Democrat loses.

Hoo-rah!
Via My Fox Atlanta:

BOGART, Ga. -A local war veteran in a wheelchair tells FOX 5 he sent a burglar from his home. Army veteran Mark Sikes of Bogart says he pulled out his pistol as soon as he heard his front door coming down.

Sikes, who is wheelchair-bound, says he was watching TV when he heard a noise, and saw a man standing in the hallway of his home. He says he didn’t hesitate to grab his handgun when he heard the noise.

“I reached and got the gun out of my drawer and kind of raised it up,” Sikes said. “He took off and ran out the front door.”

Athens-Clarke County police are now searching for the suspect. Sikes told FOX 5 the man was dressed in black, and he thinks he had a car waiting for him.

Sikes says following the incident, he's keeping his pistol even closer. He served as a military police officer in Korea, and he has a message for the man who broke into his home.

"Find something else to do besides try to rob people," Sikes said. "Because you came real close to losing your life yesterday."
